ETCOM "does" posture - what's that about?

We tend to think of 'posture' as static. But we are always moving, and to hold a posture means using muscles - and therefore you must maintain those muscles.

Poor or bad posture can be the cause of discomfort and pain. 

At work, if any part of your body feels uncomfortable or, worse, hurts, then think posture - all the fancy equipment in the world will not help if your posture is poor.

And to think posture, think balance.  If the body is in balance, it doesn't hurt. So try to keep head, chest and pelvis in one plane, whether you are leaning back in your chair or sitting free from the back support. If you need to lean forward, tip from the hip.
